PINEAUX
A vin de liqueur, or fortified wine, produced from a blend of grape must and cognac. Lhéraud offers an impressive array of pineau wines, which are aged several years in casks made of oak from the Limousin region, stored in the estate’s limestone cellars. The range proffers subtle prune, fern and wet wood aromas. This redolent nose is followed by a remarkably rich palate that pairs perfectly with melon, foie gras or blue cheese.
Lhéraud’s pineaux have a reputation that extends to the finest hotels in Paris, Michelin-starred restaurants, and leading world figures in over thirty countries.
